The dried sea salt Type T-00 belongs to the salt collected from the crystallizer that has undergone a washing process by centrifugation, a grinding, a drying and sieving process by suction, obtaining a powder granulometry and presents determined physical-chemical features according to its technical profile.

Dried vacuum salt, with a very little special granulometry, special for coated trail mix and manufactured industrial dyes
